Is it possible to accommodate three people in a room by adding an extra bed?

An extra bed can indeed be added to the Sanders Bedroom Plus category, allowing for accommodation of three guests. However, the standard Sanders Bedroom cannot accommodate additional beds.
Do any of the rooms have the option for twin beds?
